"Do you feel stuck? In a feeling, a situation, a relationship, or just in the muck? Let's get you to a better place. Together, we can accomplish healing and movement that may feel unimaginable right now. That's okay, you don't have to see to believe. I'll teach you how and walk along with you on your path for as long as you need me."
In her free time, you will find her corralling her three energetic children, cheering on her beloved Georgia Bulldawgs, or escaping to a porch swing with a good book. She is available for in person as well as virtual appointments.
